If the in-person service is a luxury or just time saver you will probably pay out of pocket, but other options may include some creative thinking. (ie Employer pay as a benefit? Spiff from favorite client?)
Does Insurance or Medicare pay for this UPGRADE?
Medicare and Private Insurance covers certain medical services for beneficiaries in their homes. These services include:
- Skilled nursing care
- Physical therapy
- Occupational therapy
- Speech therapy
- Home health aide services
- Medical social services
- Durable medical equipment
It’s important to note that these services must be deemed medically necessary and be ordered by a physician. Additionally, there may be certain criteria that must be met in order for a beneficiary to be eligible for these services in the home but will not cover the VIP SERVICES.
Does my HSA Pay?
An HSA (Health Savings Account) is a tax-advantaged account designed to help individuals pay for medical expenses. With an HSA, you can use the funds in the account to pay for eligible medical expenses such as:

- Dental and vision care
